Infoblox is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our WW Reporting and Data Steward team. This person will exhibit strength in reporting and business analytics to support the sales reporting strategy and data governance requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and efficient, while being adaptable to changing priorities and able to wear multiple hats throughout the day.The Sales Operations Analystwill need a strong passion for detail and creating strategic solutions through report development and business insights. They must offer a high degree of focus on data and process to enable scale, efficiency and customer centricity. They will be required to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team by driving process and improvements in our data structure and business analytics through reporting. This position will be based in the U.S. (Tacoma, WA, or remote) and report to the Manager of Reporting and Data Steward team in Tacoma, WA.Responsibilities:Develop and ensure accuracy in sales analytics and reporting for SalesReport status and support company-wide metrics (Objectives and Key Results)Execute cadence for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analyticsLead initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboardsOwn the administration and automation of sales analytics across , Clari and Tableau platformsImplement analytics around key initiatives such as new logo, tech refresh, SaaS and channel programsReport on pipeline generation and source of businessPartner closely with SPP (Strategic Projects and Programs) on relevant business requirements and UATExecute the evolution of data structures and company metrics for WW Field Operations and SalesAssist with changes to coverage models and associated data requirementsPublish formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivityDocument essential processes and engagement rules, and assist in the enforcement of those processesOptimize the Sales Rep, Manager, and Sales Ops experience in Salesforce and ClariKnow what quality data means and help to design and improve it within the companyDevelop strong partnerships with Sales, Finance and other functional organizationsTrain the field organization on reporting processes/data change managementRequirements:6 years experience in a Sales Operations analytics role in the high-tech industryStrong understanding and passion for the SaaS domain and develop analytics to track critical corporate metrics ACV / ARR / Upsells & Cross-sells experience requiredTableau, or similar BI application experience requiredExperience in Sales Finance is a plusAttention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projectsProven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills in a complex and fast moving environmentExcellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasetsAbility to understand a sales system ecosystem (Fusion, SFDC, Marketo) and how they all interact, specializing in SFDCSelf-starter with a track record of creativity and innovationThe Ideal candidate will possessStrong problem solving and analytical skills with great business senseAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly as organizational priorities and deadlines shiftExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProject management experience preferredWillingness to travel occasionally (Education:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceMBA PreferredPerks:Work with a world class Sales Operations team in a rapidly growing companyModern downtown Tacoma office, close to all transportation linesOnsite massages, yoga and fitness classes, stocked snack kitchens, and weekly social eventsCareer path with opportunitiesto growAnd many, many more perksIt's an exciting time to be at Infoblox.
